How We Work

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT MAY INCLUDE
• Inventory assessment
• Disposition strategy
• Buyer and channel identification
• Market preparation and coordination

ENGAGEMENT MODEL
If there is a potential fit, Cabal & Associates will provide a separate written scope of work and fee proposal before services begin.

Services are fee-based and tailored to the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are not based on the value of inventory sold, liquidated, or recovered.

OUR PRACTICAL, FOUR-STEP PROCESS

1) Share the opportunity – Provide a high-level overview of the inventory and situation. Initial information may include the product category, approximate scale, location, condition, and reason the inventory is available.

2) Evaluate the fit – We review the preliminary information to understand the opportunity, identify relevant considerations, and determine whether further discussion may be appropriate.

3) Define the engagement – If a potential fit, we discuss the appropriate scope of work and provide a separate written proposal which may include inventory assessment, disposition strategy, buyer and channel identification, and market preparation and coordination.

4) Move forward with clarity – Work begins only after the client approves the scope, fees, and written terms. Any services, buyer introductions, or transaction support are subject to separate written terms and client approval.
